Currently in December 2009, won league and Fa Cup last season. This year, top of league, just won Champions League Group unbeaten, in Semis of League Cup against Villa, and got drawn West Ham in FA 3rd round.

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a signing or two in January to strengthen my squad. I am selling Ashton, Edgar, Smith for combined total of 21mil so will have that to spend in January. My squad is as follows:

GK Given, Krul
DC Breno, Fazio, Taylor, Pasanen, Faye, Rigione (too young atm), Leadbetter (has turned out great), Rozehnal.
RWB Milner (retrained), Leyrielton
LWB Sorin, N'Zogbia
CM De Jong, Banega, Modric, Julio Baptista (Loan), Wijnaldum, Wrightson (developing well)
AMC Van Der Vaart, Alex, Troisi (developing well)
SC Aguero, Owen, Huntelaar, Carroll, Ashton, Palacio (coming in Jan 1.5mil).

I play 352 with wing backs btw. I was thinking of maybe a world class DC or another solid wing back.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers in advance.

Btw Behrami is unsettled at Chelsea, has anyone had him in any of their games? Stats are lethal just wondering if he's worth a high fee because my scouts don't seem to think so. Cheers
