Hi there. I haven't actually managed as Wisla myself, but I've just won the league with Zaglebie Lubin.

The best thing I can recommend is to look around the Brazilian lower leagues. I've picked up:

Alex Silva (D C) from Iraty
Elicarlos (DM) from Náutico
Ramires (DM) from Joinville

Also Latin America is a good place to look. I snapped up Paulo César Motta (Guatemala) and Wilson Palacios (Honduras) pretty cheap.

Finally, find Itay Shechter (Israeli, should be at M. Netanya) and offer him whatever he wants to sign. A fantastic goalscorer in the Polish league.

"Cheap" was £1m. Which I consider to be cheap as he's better than all the other keepers willing to come to me and yet cheaper than what they would have cost. It's all relative.
