Yes. I signed Malcolm Christie and he has been top scorer for the two seasons he has been with me.

Look at Chelsea for some good players to pull in on loan or purchase - Pettigrew, Woods, Taiwo and Grant have all done some good service for me.

Finished 16th in first season after a good start, followed by a run of ten defeats over Christmas. This matched the board expectations though. In second season and currently just outside top ten, which is my target. Nine points away from the play-offs and in need of tweaking.

Selling Andrew Crofts brings in some handy transfer revenue.

Thanks for that, appreciated. Should have picked up Christie myself but just missed out. Managed to become a feeder club for West Ham and was offered as couple of likely lads on loan. Also got a couple on loan from Pompey and one from Man Utd.

Gills seem an interesting challenge, just started season one and not to bad so far. Any suggestions for the end of the 1st season.

Im just approaching xmas in my first season with the Gills. Currently lying 9th. adopted a 4-1-2-2-1 formation similar to that at chelsea and we have improved 10 fold. Hardly conceding and being a pain to play against. Playing graham as loan striker being supported by 2 wingers. Signings ive made (youth is the way forward)... I got fraizer campbell on load from man utd he's great (20 in 28 games). I'd also recommend Jody Morris on a free. Missed out on Christie though, he went to Bristol ROvers who I just stuffed 6-2 away!
