Pique becomes pretty good, as does Ben Foster - IF you give them first team experience and the right training.
Other than that the youth team is pretty rubbish. Reserves are too old or too young and you need a better RB cause Neville croaks it mid way through the first season so and Brown isn't up to standard. For me anyway. I'd get a new striker because Tevez has had more injuries for me than i know what to do with.
Needless to say after a second cracked skull he wasn't premiership quality and he now plays for Blackburn. Although you might be luckier in which case spend the cash on a RB first season. Ask for some more cause they gave me an extra 7mil to spend. But spend it wisely or they won't be impressed and you end up in the red
Get a good RB like Zaccardo and the defense should hold its own what with VDS in goal. Maybe a replacement for Scholes if you think you need it but i played Nani and Anderson in the center with Giggs left and Ronaldo right. Carrick and Hardgreaves are more than capable of coming in or starting depending on if you use a DM or not.
I'd buy some good youngsters to develop because the youth facilities are really good. You'd need the Genie scout or the Mini scout for that though.
