I have heard you can change your managerial profile to something like 'ex international' which gives you a little more credibility, but when I go to add new manager I never see it....please can someone help...thanks!

not sure if it appaers if u use wizard to add manager, if you use the main way its right hand side of the information about the manager part at the top, if that makes sense....

ok i got a qustion how do you get to be a unknow manager if you choose lets say ac milan first,you always get continental.

If you go as a low league team then you get to keep the sunday league status but you automatically get a higher status if you jump in at say Man Utd or AC Milan cause they would never hire a Sunday League footballer as their manager.

Its more rewarding if you start at the bottom and work your way up but only if you have the time and patience to work your way through 5+ seasons and thats assuming you win stuff and not just scrape through promotion on knockouts
