I am currently in the same division as you with Queens University Belfast.

Early season form was good however down to 10th out of 12 at the moment so its not going great currently.

Finding and signing good players i've found to be very hard

Season Four: (Oxford United Stars, Northern Irish First Division)

Media Prediction: 11th

The media were nice and pesimistic about my chances predicting that I would come 11th out of 12. For once, my scout uncovered some nice players to strengthen the side so I was slightly more confident. The season inevitably got off to a terrible start and I was bottom half way through the season. Once again, I applied for other jobs (Queen's Park and Stenhousemuir this time) and failed to get them. Suddenly my form improved half way through the season and I climbed towards a midtable spot, I didn't stay there but I managed to finish the season far enough above the relegation zone to make it look as if I was never in trouble in the first place. Although I only finished 8th, I was 9 points clear of relegation and 13 away from a promotion play-off. This didn't stop the board from being "disappointed" with my performance in the league. The bastards. Injuries pretty much ruined my season most with my all time top scorer and my Fans Player of the Year for the previous three seasons playing just 5 and 8 league games respectively and for most of the season, I would have at least 4 players injured at one time. The time came to renew my contract and realising that as my reputation after 4 seasons was still unproven and that no club would want to come too close to me incase I infect them with teh crap, I signed away another three years of my virtual life with the U2s.

And cups still suck arse.
