Board expectation is to push for promotion.
I felt it was optimistic to challenge for promotion after viewing the squad for the first time, but the team does have excellent youth set-up. After a good pre-season I won my first game 5-0 away. Were media predictions correct, no they f**kin weren't, three defeats and two draws before next win. After that the team settled down to finish 6th with 36 points.
Cups don't suck ass, Beat Naestved and Brondby on-route to the Q-final before being defeated by FC-Nordsjaelland, bringing some much needed cash into the coffers.
The board were happy and offered me a 3 year deal; I took 1 year at £325pw.

Season 2 07/08

Board expectation safe top half finish
After making several signings during the summer including 4 on free transfers to arrive mid season I felt I would be able to better expectation. After my first 2 matches it was looking good, I then lost key players to colds, flu's and virus or injury and found myself in 11th place mid season.
New signings came good, 2 goalies an AMRC and an AMLC arrive mid season. I flew up the table in the second half of the season to finish 6th with 40 points only 6 off a play-off spot.
Cup's suck ass lost in 3rd round against the first decent opponents Brondby who hammered me 4-1 it could have been many more.
Board were only satisfied but still recognised my potential and offered me another 3 year deal again I took a 1 year deal at £350.

Season 3 08/09

Board expectation mid table finish
Having lost my scout at the end of last season I made no new signings pre-season, but was longing for some pace and youth at the back, no luck with my new scout.
An explosive start saw me win me first 2 games scoring 9 conceding 0; this was followed by 6 draws and 2 defeats. During this spell I had an enquiry about my ML valued at 6k, as I had no intention of selling him I said 100k which they agreed to, (bon voyage ML). At the end of this poor run of results I then beat 1st 2nd and 3rd in a row and move up to 6th.
During the first half of the season I signed another scout. I sent him out to hunt for DC's (realistic targets). He found 2; one was a Frenchman playing in the Danish D2W the other a Dane playing in the reserves of a D1 team. A strong run-in saw me in the top 4 with only 3 points between us but playing 1st, 2nd and 3rd away, blew any chance of promotion I might have been harbouring, Finished 4th on 44 points. Also some of my youth players are now squad rotation players and are doing well.
Cups suck ass lost in the second round to Lyngby.
The Board are now delighted with my performance and again offered me a 3 year deal, whilst nearly doubling my wage expenditure, I decided to take 2 years this time at £375.
