I recently started a new game managing Alto Adige in Italian C2. The problem is they start with about 9 physios and 6 youth coaches. I tried to give some new contracts as first team coaches (whoever signed these people as physios must be shot), but nobody was interested, so I mutually terminated them.

On too the job centre then, but the problem is that all applicants expect crazy wages (+- 6 times what they are payed now), and I can't afford the compensations for their old teams. I really don't want to use the staff search, but starting a season without a first team coach isn't something I look forward to either.

any thoughts?

start using the staff search, and filter to find only free of contract coaches. and when offering a contract see if he is interested of signing with you...

should find someone useful for whatever team...

And what gives you the authority to speak for the LLM community? All your experience in the damned places?

To the OP: I would stick with the job centre, it works fine for me in Italy, just wait some more for the usefull applicants.

There is, you just have to stick with it, staff search isn't an option imo.

In the unlikely event you never find staff, you'll probably get the sack, lifes a bitch in LLM

My viw is if job centre fails then use seach but filter to the tema reputation or below and the same naionality
