Ok so i recently made a Football Team using FM Edditor 7.02 and stuck them in the english conference south. didnt add any players,staff,chairman etc

i started a new season using my football team..and got the following automactictly when i started (i didnt get them):
Chairman
2 Coaches
1 Physio
1 Scout
15 or some 15/16 year olds for my football team

i just played my 1st pre season match against Barnstaple Town (at home) and lost 5-0 and got completly out played. Now i know if i dont do anything about this and bring in some better platers im just gonna finnish bottom of the table with zero points (barnstaple are like 2-4 leagues below the conference south by the way)

so can anybody recomend me any non league players (who are cheap as i hardly have any cash) and also if their is any decent free agents in the game who would join my team
