I've never played with the national options before either, was just thinking of having a look at it this time around.
Please remember this is only a game where a large part of the experience we would have in real life isnt available/implemented.

As he's been referred to already, the current England manager has *most* of his expereince in areas that are not ingame

As a manager at club level, he has at best a mediocre history, 1 Cup win & no Titles

Yes we can simulate a level of playing experience, but its his 10 years of Coaching/Assistant experience that we can't.

I think i'll just make an objective decision based on the only part of the game that i can, my successes or lack thereof at club level over 10-15years.

I'd like to thank people for posting objectively as it has helped me make a decision about how i will play my game.

Thailand had a Villian gaffer not Malaysia, who lost his job recently in Indonesia. Malaysia had a drunk English git once, who coached Singapore for like 45 days. Or was he a Scot...
Singapore had a couple of other Englishmen, one of them a father of a former red scouse youth defender. The dad is a coach in the same academy.

I would say judge the job with your accomplishments, and be honest!
