Default Farty Towels

This is an update thread of sorts, basically I'm totally pist orf with updates...they should be banned again, all "We got relegated", "We signed a paraplegic AssMan", "Ooh! Aren't cups kewel!", Blah!

Anyways, we're in 2010/11, I'm with Torquay United (via Dergview), and I've a couple of things to share.

My SC is 6'9" and my AMC is 5'4", a height differential of 1'5". What a bastard team photographs must be.

...and...

We recently played S****horpe, they went 3-0 up in the first half, I made a halftime substitution.

Good decision, the sub got upended in the penalty box in 67 minutes...and missed the resultant spotkick.

So...I subbed him, put on another guy, and changed the formation.

72 minutes, the sub's sub scored...3-1. 78 minutes, the second (or third) sub scored...3-2.

I began getting excited (Steady! )

The ref's assistant flags for 4 minutes injury time, we score in the 92nd and 93rd minutes...3-3 and 4-3...then our sub gets sent off.

Probably my favourite game ever.

God knows what I'll update with next.

In GQ that match would have instigated a 50 page complaint about unreality.

I like the idea of reporting "specials" off the cuff, too easy to leave it out by end of season.

It's not brain surgery.

He's just going down the route of telling us about instances of great height differentials and inspired/expired substitutions, rather than league finishes and Cups sucking ass.

Would be true if the first part of the post didn't state it was an update of sorts. Could have put this in either here or here. That isn't the point though, if some lurker or newbie or even someone from the T&T or other fora came in here and posted the exact same thing, your saying that they would not be kindly or unkindly informed of the forum rules regarding updates? Come on pull the otherone it has bells on it.
