Yes.
LLM is a game.
Real life is real life.
Bromley would kick you out if you went along now and tried to tell the manager what to do.
A player would kick you in the chackers if you offered him a contract with Bromley, took him there, and you were kicked out by the manager again.
Easiest way to understand is to keep the two separate. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Iain, I get what you mean. It just goes against the realism aspect. Everything else seems to be geared towards realism, realism, realism, then it comes to this and it goes completely the other way.
In real life a manager has knowleadge, (based on his own experiences, whether they be as a player or a fan), before he gets his fist job.
If your only thinking behind this is that it it should be ignored because
real life and
game-play should remain seperate, then that would suggest using knowleadge from a previous game which is an abomination. Now I know that is
NOT what you are suggesting. It just seems strange that every rule/guidance note/whatever, is geared towards realism, (except this one).
mkus. Yeah, that's not a bad idea, but then what about their opposition? It's a bit of can of worms I suppose

.
I don't want to get anyone's back up with this, so please excuse me if anyone is offended by the manner of my questions.
