Masciale21, have a read of the forum header.

We don't name tactics in here, we don't use players from the Good Player Guide (as you have), we don't name players, we would start in Serie C2, and we don't give tips on how to succeed. You do it all on your own. I think you need to go ask people in GPG or the Tactics and Training Tips forums to help you out. This is not the place for it.
