2023/24
Media predicted 15th, cheeky beggars!
Mind you I did my best to prove them right, hovering just about the drop zone for the second half of the season, before winning my pre-penultimate and penultimate to pull up to 12th.

It was tight mind, I was only three points from the trapdoor.
Still my 5th season in the top flight is just around the corner!
In other news, Reading won the FA Cup last season. An omen for tomorrow, probably not!

2024/25
Media predicted a 14th place finish and all concerned (myself included) predicted a struggle against relegation.
After six games this was looking very accurate as I sat second from bottom, with only 4 points and 1 goal.
We then hit out straps and a decent run saw me climb steadily to 4th place. We flitted about between 4th and 8th, ending in 6th place, 5 points off a european spot, but an encouraging 22 points above the relegation trapdoor.

We were in fact the highest scorers in the league, with the goals being spread around big time.

Media prediction 7th
I went into this season full of hope that I could built on last seasons progress.
Sadly for me the goals dried up and I finished in a disappointing 11th place.

Mind up the middle of this table is mega tight and a couple of extra wins could have seen me pushing for Europe.
I am not being helped by my Chairman, who has sold 5 players for a whopping £4.25m.
Still, I guess thats realistic.
Strangely, I managed to keep it tight at the back this year despite losing my top two defenders on Bosmans in the midseason break.
And I made the cup final for the first time ever, going down 4-2 to Shaktar despite leading twice.
Reasons to be positive are headed by a young AM RLC, who is also an accomplished DM at the age of 16.
