I think he means he doesnt understand it e.g. do you use all the punctuation in it - i dont know!

I dont see whats wrong in what hes asked.

Maybe they dont understand and maybe they want some examples, this 'you obviously havent bought the game and not looked in the manual is getting very tiresome"
