I am running in the EPL right now and have most of the major european leagues/countries set on active. I have Argentina, Brazil set on not playable. Now I have found that at this point there are really no youth players coming out of those countries at all it seems. I checked other countries that I had not specifically added players from or run leagues for (like Serbia) and there doesn't seem to be any youth players coming out of there at all. I am over two seasons in and am wondering if there be any regens coming out from these areas in the future or if they will just basically be all greyed out.
If there is no way to fix this then I would welcome any advice on how to set up a new game that has youth/regens being distributed more evenly throughout the world. I have been using a large database and assumed that this would already provide more youth players from different areas in regens.
