Not everyone has bought FM08 and not everyone who has bought it is playing it.
| Jimbo I think what your saying has some validity but to me the point of this (if it happens) is to look forwards, not back.

Yeah, I agree .
But if someone is playng FM07 and answers relating to that, then it will skew the results unless that is factored in.
Imagine.... 1 - What leagues and nations do you run?
England. Conference N/S to Premiership. 2 - What is your preferred database size?
Medium. Because my carppy old PC can't gope with a large database. 3 - Roughly how many hours a week do you spend playing FM?
Usually about 12-15, (currently none). 4 - For roughly how many seasons do you play a save for?
As many as I can get through until the next issue comes out. 5 - What is your favourite feature in the game?
The end of season summary that shows overachievers etc. 6 - What is your least favourite feature in the game?
Team-talks. 7 - If you could improve one existing feature which one would it be and how would you improve it?
I would "activate" the stats on the player profile page for player performances in non-competetive games. 8 - If you could introduce one new feature what would it be and how would it work?
I would introduce "league/structure reputation" that would be linked to continental coefficients. Easy. job done. 9 - Is there a feature that you never use?
Player pictures. 10 - Are there any leagues/nations you would like to see added to FM?
I's like to see the next 3 leagus in the Englush structure added.
Now the above sounds all well and good, but it gives you absolutely no indication that I was posting those answers as if I was someone that had never played FM08.
In order to measure the results, SI would need to know what game is beinmg played in my view.

Large 3 - Roughly how many hours a week do you spend playing FM?
Probably about 15 hours during a normal week, more when I'm not working 4 - For roughly how many seasons do you play a save for?
At a guess, about 20-30 seasons. 5 - What is your favourite feature in the game?
The all time best XI, just brilliant for long term games. 6 - What is your least favourite feature in the game?
The pre match media question where you nearly always say you think you can win. 7 - If you could improve one existing feature which one would it be and how would you improve it?
To include the league positions on the pre match preview screen. 8 - If you could introduce one new feature what would it be and how would it work?
User defined training categories. 9 - Is there a feature that you never use?
Manager notes. 10 - Are there any leagues/nations you would like to see added to FM?
The nest three leagues in the English League system.

I think it would be a great idea for both the end users and the company. Maybe something on their site, but make it quite in depth and not general to SI, but focusing on FM.
Things it could include would be:
- What leagues you run
- Preferred database
- What you love about the game
- What you hate about the game
- What changes you would like to see
- Also a list of all of the major components of the game (match engine, tactics, transfers, training etc) and a multiple choice answer to rate them between 1 and 5.
I know a lot of this is featured here in the forums, but I think a lot of the good stuff is lost in the ether between all the moaning and fanboy posts.
Can anyone from SI possibly comment on this? Maybe even push back the release of the full patch until you do? :p
Look forward to everyone's ideas!
PS Apologies if a survey already exists but I couldn't find it on sigames.com.
| Make it yourself (assuming you have some sort of webspace), and post the results after a month or so.

| Hi dafuge.
Thanks for filling that out but it was only an example!
Please no one else do that... |

I found ideal ansvers for this :
POOL with many Q a A.
And of course option to write answer/question for not inclued.(which can be added).
And one oprtion I WILL LOVE - new thread for suggestions - to have separated bugs/discusion/suggestions as in many other boards.
Having discusion and suggestion in one thread is confusng.

But lets see what it shows - currently only people have completed the survey so it will probably not say that much - but there is still time...

| We haven't really asked people to complete it. Should I start a new thread asking people to fill it in sunn03?
