Just wondering what attributes a coach needs to have to know what to say to players at the half time and full time team talks??

I currently have a coach that always makes my players angry because he says the wrong thing.

So i'm looking to get rid of him and get a new one, but i dont know what to look for.

Yeah i thought it may have been Man Management but i signed a coach with 16 for man management and the players still dont like him. I gues i'll try motivation next, because at the moment he only has 4 for motivation.
