I have clicked onto the patch post and to my horrow I see that there seem to be 5 possible download sites

I have a boxed english pc version of 2008.

There do not seem to be any guidlines as to what I need to do.

Do I need to download ALL of these, I have started to try to download all of the patches, but the process is ridiculously slow and each patch would appear to be of a different size!

Is there on patch that does the job totally?

I have listed the ones that are available so that any kindly reader may have his/her memory jogged.

PS does the patch solve the problem of central midfield players both marking the same opposition central midfielder and leaving one free?
