Ok after reading all the negative comments/bugs about FM08 , I finally decided to start a game.

Too many goals is for me one of the worst bugs you can have. The first few games started ok (managing Arsenal), not too many goals but then 2 mths into season , this score :-

West Ham 2 Bolton 9.

I appreciate the occasional freak score happens in real life(Portsmouth /Reading) but I find this one just a bit to unrealistic

In all my FM years, i've never seen more than 40 goals. Even when i've used editor, or cheated.

Im not exactly saying you are lying, but to lose 44-0 you must have had nobody in goal at all...

I don't see why Bolton beating West Ham 9-2 is unrealistic!

Even in the old CMs when you could take over the opposition and play without a keeper highest I ever saw was 37-0.
