Hi there,

I'm playing with Dunfermline. One of my players picked up a yellow card (not his very first one though), and in my inbox thingy I saw this disciplinary points rule
(after 18pts, he's banned for one match).

My question is, one yellow card equals how many points, or is it done with a completely different system?

Go to the league table then look for the rules perhaps?

"Disciplinary rules:
One match ban for every eighteen points
One match ban for every red card"

I had this in N.Ire;and last with FM07 and am getting it again now with FM08.

How much a red or yellow card is worth isn't displayed anywhere in the game and I honestly don't even know if a red card for 2 yellows is worth the same points as a straight red.

I tried to work it out last year but gave up in the end.

Looks like different offences carry different points. This explains it all.
