I've a question.
Is it possible to extend the Dutch competitions. I want to play with my favourite amateurclub in Holland. They play in the "Hoofdklasse" and I want that it's possible that you can degrade to the Hoofdklasse and promote to the first division. Is this possible?

Om maar eens lekker op zijn hollands te antwoorden: ja dat kan; pak bijvoorbeeld een ploeg als Fortuna Sittard en zorg dat die naam/spelers/speelstadstadion en alles gewijzigd is naar wat jij wilt en dan kun je gewoon onderaan de Jupiler League beginnen en opbouwen wat je wilt!

If you mean you want to promote your team, then yes you can if you take another team out.
