Is it possible for the referee to make a wrong decision in matches? Each time I criticize the referee for making a wrong decision, I would always get fined or given a warning from FA.

Yes it's possible.

The FA is based on the real life FA unfortunately, who are all clueless and uphold the most blatantly wrong decisions.

They do make wrong decisions sometimes, but there's not much you can do about it.

Yes, it's possible. Problem is learning to be able to tell when they're wrong. See this thread.
