Default Montserrat...

Can anything be done about the amount of Montserrat youth players generated in the game, needless to say it's not very realistic.

And it's Montserrat of all countries. The whole country has the population of a small town. After one season, to name one, the Scottish 3rd division and juniors have a significant Montserrat contingent.

I'd rather they weren't there. I presume this Montserrat thing happens when you run the leagues of the other Home nations, too.

They are appearing in my game in England as well, they all seem to be born in Plymouth with English as a second nationality, I'm assuming this is because Monserrat is a British overseas territory.

You have to remember that following the volcano incident almost the entire population moved to England or America on special visas.

I believe everyone from a British overseas territory has a British second nationality because I pointed out last year that they don't require passports to work in the UK. It's represented in FM now the same way as the French equivilent.

True, but the regens cannot all be from Montserrat. Even before the volcano incident the population wasn't big enough to make the amount of Montserrat regens realistic. There were only about 8,000 people leaving Montserrat. How many of them were good enough to play football even at Scottish 3rd division or Junior level, especially being the same age all at once as happens in the game?

Worldclass regens seem to spawn from really weird countries. The starting Aston Villa goalkeeper is from Montserrat and he's amazing. Wallis and Futuna (what is that!!!) have two worldclass players, and my best striker is from St. Pierre and Miquelon. Incidently, he's is the highest value player in my game.

I have two youth team players who regularily play for Montserrat. Poor blokes, they're only 17 and are the only two "real" players.
