Im doing really well this season, i won the premiership with 3 games to go, runners up league cup, finals in cl and fa cup last season i won the cl, challenged for the title, won fa cup and yet under long term expectations, it reads;

**the board are concerned with the teams performance last season. they have strongly urged you to start progressing to long term targets set**

wtf? i won the title the season before, last season came 3rd, and this season won it again and they complain??? does having perfect board expectations make them complain???

The long term expectation will only change at the end of the season.

board expectations feature is rather dodgy. just another new feature that doesnt work properly

I've at Liverpool, they asked me to win the premiership after 2 years. The first year I finished 5th, and the second year I did win the premiership but still get sacked because of the same concern about long term target...

That sounds dodgy, I could understand it if they sacked you after the first season, but to sack you after you won it is just wrong.

Have you reported it in the bugs forum?

This is a bug we've been hearing about for a while, I though the patch would have fixed this, very dissappointing if it didn't.

In theory Fabio Capello had the target of winning the Primera title, which he did. Got sacked anyway.

By that I'm not saying its not faulty in FM, don't know (haven't played it).

There were plenty of other reasons for him getting the sack though, such as his style of play and the falling outs with certain members of the squad.
