Thread: Mixtape cover

i know some of u hav prob seen this on my devart page, but im gonna post it in a thread to make it seem like im doing something.

anyways i tried my hand at doin a mixtape cover, i went 4 a typical griemy look. i think its ok, im pleased with the text but the renders either side of the main look really poor and bring it down.

Loving the main render effect and main text. The little text at the top and bottom bring it down.

Rest is class.

Yeah man, quality. I like what you've done with the renders and the text.

Only flaw is the scanlines type effect in the background. Never liked it in sigs/walls/avatars and I don't like it here. It looks too heavy if you know what I mean.

You could make 'DA' stand out abit more aswell. Its alright as it is but would maybe look better if it contrasted more against the black and yellow theme of the cover.
