Just a quick question that requires a quick answer. I must first apologise for asking what will be deemed a stupid question, however as someone who doesnt frequent these boards as much as he used to, i think i can just about get away with it.

On the "status screen" (or whatever its called) when you first load your game, what should the game version be?? I have downloaded patch 8.01 however there are a series of numbers after the 8.01. Is this correct?

It should be 8.0.1 pal. Im not sure what the numbers after it means but should be no problem. Maybe someone else could have a more detailed answer but i am sure nothings wrong

Yes, This is fine... the number is the build number. the most recent update should read 8.0.1 114310

Yeah, don't let the broken SI website tell you there's a newer version that build 114310.
