now i dont know very much about computers, just enough to use it as much as i need to, so this may be a stupid question, so im sorry in advanced.
is it hard to create a picture package thing for a team. i have access to all the pics but i have no idea how to put them into the game. could someone help me, if its at all possible...

You've got the right forum, I’ve made a few personal packs so I’m no expert this is what I did, get the picture and resize it to 95*95 pixels I used photoshop cs2, but I’ve even seen free online image size editors like gimp2.

Then download this open the games editor and find the unique id number for each of the players and add that as the pictures file name.

It sounds hard but download the config creator and if it's the one I have got it will explain exactly how to use it.
