A lot of people have been writing in saying some of ther kits are not showing up well this has also happend to me.
so what i did :eg olypiakos(A kit that does'nt show up on most peoples game)
1.open the editor
2.go to clubs click on the search bar and press enter then click nations tab
3.now you should have some clubs that look like this <none>
4.open any club that has no nation and also your problemd kit
5.and simply just transfer all the problemd club info to the club with no nation. making sure you delete the data of your problemd club after you transferd
now this means the kits that never showed up now should because the club has a new code
(this worked for me so i am only telling you what i did hope it helps)
