I have come across several regens who dont have the default picture on them, the one with the sillhouette of a player. Why is this? I have tried to add the picture in myself aswell, but it wont work.

I suppose all regens do not have a pic assigned to them. The ones i assign in my own game work fine, so maybe you're not doing it quite right.

I've had a similar problem, I have a feeling it's the 'face in the game' regens where I've deleted their pictures.

Same here. In 2015 and have 2 players in my first team with no picture or default picture. I didnt delete any of the regen photos. Does anyone know how to add them cause it dosnt look right when all the rest are working?

I get this too and also haven't deleted any of the regen pictures. I thought maybe I had done something stupid somewhere along the line and messed this up, but I formatted computer the other week and I still have the problem now after a fresh install without deleting any of the default stuff. It doesn't really matter I guess, but it's surprisingly annoying when the default photo is missing, all the boxes and profile screens look wrong.
