I have downloaded facepacks and also winrar. I have extracted the files but could you tell me how to get the facepacks onto my game. Thank you.

Open my computer, documents & settings, sports interactive, football manager 07, create a folder and call it graphics drop your pictures in there.

Only put the open folder with the config file in there just delete or save the .rar file if you need them again later down the line.

Start the game, options properties, untick the skin cache and tick the always reload on confirm, that should do it.
