Can someone please give me instructions as to where to put these

I got told my documents/football manager 2008/graphics/pitch but this doesn't work

CDocuments and Settings\???????\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins\SKIN NAME\graphics\pitch\balls

That's if your using a different skin, not sure about where it goes without a different skin though.
