Is it possible to add a second language to a manager?

when you set a game up and choose your nationality you can choose a 2nd nationalty for yourself this wiull give you a second language.

For isntance if you're English/Belguim you will be able to speak englsh, french and dutch

Also, managing in a certain country for say 2 years or so will give you that country's language, too.

For instance if you're in Brazil for a while, you'll get "Portuguese(Basic)" then eventually "Portuguese" when you've "learned" the language.
