Help needed with error message on FMM

When I try to open FMM i get the following message:

"Access violation at address 004AA671 in module 'FMM 2.1.exe'. Write of address 00000040."

My Laptop runs on Vista.

Any ideas what is wrong and how to fix it?

Any help is much appreciated.

Have you got FM2007 open with a game running?

Are you runnung FMM in XP comp. mode?

Are you running FMM in admin mode?
