I know there were caps (a limit) on the amount of players and staff that could be created in previous games. Is this the case for FM2007?

And what effect do these have, Flexibility and Tactical Focus (in club tactical editing)?

Is there any way to include the tactics from:-

CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\tactics

Tactics like 3-3-4 are in this folder but not in:-

CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\preset_tactics

This last folder seems to be the one from which you can edit tactics using the editor. I tried copy and pasting into the preset_tactics folder but the tactics didnt appear in the editor tactic drop down list. Is there anything I need to add to the tactic files or is it part of the editor coding?
