Ok, so I am already running a game... and would lik to put Fabio Capello with England... since the game has put some random manager there... how can i do this?

Do it with the editor that shiped with the game.

i just done it and added all his backroom staff as well, but im afraid you will have to start a new game on the edited database.

Not during a game. You'll have to edit the database and replace all the England staff with Capello and his staff. Then you'll have to start a new game.
