well i am pretty sure they dont have custom made training programs and 5 star coaches all over so its way better to keep them in the team imo.most teams that want my players have junk coaches exept the top teams.

in england little differnt couse only 18 and below can play in junior leauge...

what i tend to do is try to get good affliates and send them there, if i see they have potential.
i.e. I had Hearts as Affliate of Stuttgart once and they qualified for CL. SO i sent all my potential stars (3) there to get international experience. After getting into the quarter finals (where i beat them) i checked their stats. 2 of them turned into top notch euro stars after only 2/3 of a season.

Wayne'o - If the player is an extroardinary talent like they were at their age there is no reason you can't introduce them to the first team earlier if they are up to it.

Bear in mind their age though and don't overplay them. And try to put them in matches you consider to be easier to start with... in other words avoid the Stamford Bridges and the Old Traffords until they are ready for that.

Can't remember who the manager was back then, but they brought Owen in gently to the first team. When they noticed he thrived that was the end of it..you need to do the same. But you need to note their development, once they start impressing the fans they will begin to feel the pressure. So balance it out..99%
