hi this is my improved tactic that i posted a couple of weeks ago so here we go:
Tactical Formation
The tactic is a 3-1-3-3 formation which uses 3sweepers, 1 central defender with a forward line to defensive mid, 1 central mid with an arrow going up just behind the central striker, 1left/right mid with forward runs straight ahead and finally 3 strikers.
Style of play
Here are my reccomendations a good goalkeeper that is able to cope with long range shots as this tactic i find resctricts the opposition to shots outside the box, probably strong defenders that arent afraid of tackling the same for the defender but he would probably be better if he can pass the ball aswell hence the forward run to defensive mid, fast wingers that can cross a ball and can also do their defensive duties, a midfielder that can shoot and can also play and win the ball, a target man as every player is set to cross the ball to target man and i would also reccomend 2 fast players either side of him ready to finish from the knock downs.
Team Instructions
it is a slow tempo
the defence is deep
all players close down but it varies in the amount e.g. attacking players alot and the defensive players not alot
plays down the flanks and uses a target man also handy having players either side of target man as they can also cross the ball in as can the wide men
i think it is a counter attacking tactic not to sure it also uses a playmaker
Individual Instructions
all defenders and keeper close down is low and all very defensive and low cant think of the word but i think it is good to have it for the wingers which i have. midfielder is normal mentality and all attacking players have long shots. wingers are attacking and all attacking players close down a lot creative freedom is what i was thinking of before btw. my midfielder also has a bit of creative freedom if i can remember correctly. whereas the strikers do not have alot of creative freedom they are very attacking.
Any playmaker role or targetmen?
playmaker probably best as wide men or central midfielder
target man probably best on the opposite side of your best winger as he will be likely to be getting better balls played over
imo but could play as any and you can also have more than 1 target man.
Home or Away or Both
i find this works brilliantly against all tactics i have used it against and especially 4-2-4 where i usually grab a goal to rub salt in to the wounds lol.
Tweaks
no not relly if you get a player sent of then just change it to 2 players upfront if anyone finds anyothers then do say.
Track Record
i havent tested this tactic for a full season as i havent even had half a season on this game YET might try to now i have his beauty lol. tested it for about 20 games though in loads of different teams and the majority of the time it is always 3-0. last result i had was a couple of hours ago before i started writing this essay just to make rashidi1 happy. i won 3-1 with swansea against carlisle where i hit the post once, had alan tate chris sutton and lee trundle suspended and injured, there goal was a 25yard karl hawley shot that went through waterreus in net and i also had marco sandy sent of after 58mins. so i was really using an old team youngest being 25/26 or more so probably better with 1 or 2 youngsters in the team matt jansen got 2 goals and could have got a third but there defender pipped him to the ball to head into his own net.
so please can some guys try this tactic for me and post their results and opinions when possible.
hope this is good enough for you rashidi1.
oh btw i havent forgot to post he tactic i was just wondering what to put it on if anyone wants to try it.
cheers.
