The "Football Manager 2008 FAQ - Includes hints and tips" is closed and so unfortunately I am making this new thread.

I found the thread very good and helpful in general, but the following:

"What are the important attributes for each position

Goalkeepers - Vital Skills

Positioning, command of area, agility, stamina, jumping, strength, decisions and aerial ability

Other

Throwing, pace, concentration, composure, bravery and anticipation"

Is it just me or is REFLEX missing in the list for Vital skills? It is not even in "other" skills. Or...is relfex not important anymore in 08? Seems a bit unlikely to me.
