Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Jonty is infamous around these parts
Default New Position

Say i have a left back, who has an orange mark for Left Mid, can he still be retrained for Left Mid, or when you have a positional rating, is that it?

You can retrain him to become a better left-sided midfielder, yes. Depending on his age and adaptability of course.

I was wondering;
when you retrain someone to a new position; will he still train 100%?
so; is it smart to just put all your young players into training for a new position?
Will it damage it's stats?
