Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default what age do you think footie manager is aimed at these days?

my point being when i was 13 i loveddd the original champ manager, then was hooked

nowadays im 28 and find the games too hard, you have to tinker and change tactics all the time

could kids master it?

i believe your average teenager would buy this game and hate it cause its too hard

even with one of the best teams, buy the best players and you still have to tinker every game to even be in with a chance of success

I have a few mates that still play the old championship managers games, because they think its more fun to spank everyone all the time. They cant stand the newer versions because they are too difficult for them, and dont find it fun.

I think the new ones are aimed at people that want a challenge and are a lot more patient. The new version looks like it will be a massive test of patience, so I can see a lot of people moaning about the game.

Lets just hope the AI isnt too clever, because it might be the ruining of a top class game.

i believe footie manager should have difficulty settings like any other game

easy would be....pick a tactic and it works home and away.....you to pick the right players though in your system

hard....would be how it currently is.

no need for a middle ground

but even though it is hard these days it still sells by the bucket load

i do believe though that a difficulty setting would be wise
