Ok guys, sorry for the screaming title, but i just have one simple question:

What's the actual difference between the 3 different Tutoring Options:
-Can Learn From Tutor
-Tutor being Ideal Role Model
-Would Benefit From Tutor Approach

Anyone that can help me out here, greatly appreciated...

there are posts if u use serch on forum on this.

short answer.

can learn : picking ip pref moves
tutor aproch : picking up mentaly from tutor (determination,constencity...)
role model : both (hardest to succed)

If I am right in thinking, your youngster takes on the tutors characteristics.

So if someone has strong determination figures i.e. 15, there is not point pairing him with say John Terry, look for weaker areas.

If someone has discipline problems, i.e. Wayne Rooney, pair him with someone like who is a shining example!

i think they have to have about same personality and detarmination and play same position to be succesfull.

if it fails its an chance they start hate each other and u have to sell of on of them.
