if a players PA is just say 150 is there any chance his PA could improve depending on how he trains and matchs he plays and if so how much by.

if not do u think the game should as players are developed by managers and some make more progress thzn what they first thought....i think this would be a good add if possible

limit on peoples abiliy should be driven by how he plays trains and managers influence and also players around him

All thjat happens in the game now, his current ability will increase/decline depending on other factors.

I think the CA (current ability) will go up and down as a player gets older. I think one of the hints and tips that comes up during processing, Tells you that a player will develop much slower once he reaches 24 years old.

As for PA (potential ability) i think this is set and a player can only reach that level but not improve it.

It might be worht asking that question in the editors forum as they deal with that sort of thing all the time.
