Can anyone tell me if a training week is from mon-fri or mon-sun in fm08. Also how often does the game update itself in terms of how well a player is doing in training and in what areas? Thanks

I suspect that nobody will know this exactly but my guess is that the training week will start the first day after the day of your normal weekend game, depending on which day you normally play.

I would think that updates would be monthly.
