Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

A Goudie is infamous around these parts
Default Individual training plans

I was thinking of having a tailored training plan for each player instead of groups. Obviously this would take ages to do - has anyone tried this or is it just a daft idea? Just looking for feedback before I waste an afternoon!

pukkekind is on a distinguished road
Default

i always put players on individual training, at least the players i will keep, or key players and prospects. As i have read in another thread the minimal amount of traing is 6 (like in 0-25 notches per training i.e tactical) So for a defender that needs heading training i will set him. Strength 11 (the attr. remains with this number) Aer 11, GK 0, Tact 11 Ball C 19 (this for the Heading attr.) Att. 11 Def. 11 Sho 6 SP 6. So this will increase the ball control pretty quickly, it will remain the Str/Aer/Tac/Def and will slightly decrease the shooting and set pieces. If i would like to train his marking, i would set the Ball C to 11 and increase his Def to 19.
This i would do untill his desired attr. would reach 15 and then switch to the next important attr. and raise that to 15. Works pretty well for me and is less a fuss than you would think. To be honoust, i get more rewards for putting training schedules together than by devising tactics.
