What should i do with them in terms of training? should i put them on a general regime or stick with positional ones? does anyone know what would the effect be of either choice?

I have a few players who are over 24. It says in the hints and tips that these players will generally not progress anymore. So wouldn't a general regime benefit these players?

Any advice would help. Thanks

They do progress, just not as spectacularly. I 've had 28 year olds progress!

Anyway, positional training is the best way to make sure that if they progress, they will the right way.
