I've been mulling something over since I heard about Fabio Capello's tough training regimes. Basically a lot of his former players said they were upset with how hard he pushed them in training, but in the case of someone like Van Nistelrooy he admitted it made him fitter than he'd ever been. This made me wonder whether I should keep reducing the intensity of training for my squad members who are unhappy with my schedules, as I prefer a heavy training schedule which seems to get the best results but long term may damage team morale. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
