If you can get Quaresma for around 12M, then forget about everybody else. Nobody comes close! I never managed to sign him for that though. Porto always want more than 20M.

Stretch it then. He's really good as he gives you the option to either have him cut inside, where he's got a very good shot on him and good passing as well. Or you can have him run down the flank and send in crosses in the box. He's one of the better winger's in the game imo. Ronaldo and Silva are probably the best but nowhere close to your budget. After those two, for me its people like Quaresma, Joaquin, Guardado etc.

I have Quaresma playing on the right in my Liverpool game, to be honest he has been poor. Might be because of first season and getting use to team. I know its not the tactics as other wingers play much better.
