i managed to snap up alex for my chelsea team from vasco but he didnt get work permit,hes been sent to feeder club psv,how long will it take for him to get a work permit,what do i need to do?

i got him too. but u shld have sent him to Westerlo where he'll get the work permit after 3 years where as at PSV it will take 4-5 years atleast.

I've just bought him for Watford after appealing the work permit at the start of the 2nd season.

| Same thing happened to me.
Just offer him another contract straight away and when he accepts the little 'WP' thing next to his name will disappear and you will be able to play him.
Works every time.

didn work for me with kerlon it even says he's alredy eligeble for belgian nationality and still can't get one...
not that he'd be playing if he had one though doen't seem as good as on '07

May need to offer improved status backup to first team.
Just changing to Hot Prospect worked for Alex.
