I want to manage a team in league 1 or 2 with:

200k+ transfer budget
Good players
a big wage budget
a small squad

but i dont no who. Help!!

Leeds ! .. first season got them promoted to the Championship which the board where commented as saying they are estactic on a surprise promotion lol

Good team to manage !
